Gelati Production Assistant . We are looking for someone who has full availability at least 25+ hours per week. You will be joining a vibrant and passionate team, who have a specialised focus on producing the highest quality gelati. Your responsibilities will include:

As a Production assistant you willensure that cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times in the kitchen. Assist in High volume food preparation and production of Gelato.



What we are looking for:

Previous experience in High Volume food preparation (Highly regarded) Previous experience in Gelati or Ice cream Production (Highly regarded) Have a passion and drive to learn a unique skill. Friendly personality, able to work well in a team setting and a positive learner and listenerwho can follow direction Ability to work autonomously Reliable travel to Southport Able to work a versatile roster You must have full-working rights in Australia to be eligible for this role.
