Luxaflex is a trusted and well-known Australian brand offering premium window coverings, from Blinds and Curtains to Shutters and Awnings. Locally owned and operated, Luxaflex Cairns Blinds & Awnings is a small, tight-knit team that prides itself on delivering exceptional service from initial showroom consultation to final installation in homes and commercial properties across the region.

We’re currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Consultant who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, join our friendly crew, and play a key role in driving the continued success of our business.

About the Role

This full time position offers a energetic mix of responsibilities and reports directly to the business owner. You'll divide your time between:
Welcoming and advising customers in our beautiful showroom
Creating and following up quotes in the office
Visiting homes, businesses, and developments across the Cairns region

You’ll work a regular roster that will include working every third Saturday (half-day).

What We’re Looking For

You're confident, engaging,



and motivated – just as comfortable welcoming walk-in customers as you are building relationships with developers, builders, real estate agents, and commercial clients.

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Previous experience in sales or customer service
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
An organised approach to daily tasks and time management
A positive attitude and team spirit
Initiative and drive to grow business opportunities

A background or interest in home design or renovations would be a plus!

A current QLD Driver Licence is required for customer site visits.
