We're looking for a warm, confident and personable Host to join our Southbank team.

30 - 35 hours available.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences in one of Melbourne's iconic riverfront restaurants.

What We're Looking For:
The Host Persona: A natural flair for hospitality, a welcoming smile, and flawless presentation.
Organised Under Pressure: Experience managing reservation systems (SevenRooms beneficial) and pacing table turns seamlessly during busy peak services.
Communication Skills: Clear, confident communication to manage walk-ins, guest inquiries, seating flows with ease.
Team Player Midset: A proactive attitude to support floor staff and management in keeping service running effortlessly.
Availability: Full time flexibility across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
