Konekt is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support people facing mental health, psychosocial, injury-related or health challenges in Brisbane and surrounds. You will help clients build confidence, develop tailored rehabilitation and wellbeing plans, and work across a multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct assessments, deliver face-to-face sessions, and collaborate with employers and healthcare providers to enable sustainable employment outcomes.
