About The

Opportunity/n The primary purpose of this position is to be the friendly first point of contact for the business, delivering a great customer experience while keeping the office running smoothly. /n As part of a small team, some of your responsibilities will include: /n /n
Being the first point of contact for customers and visitors, by phone, email and in person

/n
Assisting the Customer Service Team to deliver a great client experience

/n
Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues and complaints with a proactive, solution-driven approach

/n




Maintaining accurate records and handling day-to-day administration using the MS Office Suite and internal systems

/n
Communicating clearly with customers and colleagues to keep things moving

/n
Supporting the wider office team across a variety of tasks as needed

/n About You/n The successful candidate will have: /n /n
A background in customer service in a similar role

Robust problem solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly
