Duties:

As a Team Leader, your key responsibilities will be:

· Overseeing the team and ensuring adherence with daily targets

· Ensuring the sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard

· Leading by example and providing a safe working environment

· General garden and lawn maintenance including hedging, weeding and pruning

· Liaising and planning details of machinery, equipment,



and resources to carry out various works

· Maintaining skilled relationships with clients and the public

· Completing daily and weekly paperwork and reporting

About You:

· Certificate III Horticulture or Parks and Gardens

· First Aid

· Current Drivers Licence

· OHS Construction Card (White Card) or willing to obtain.

· Minimum 3 years’ experience overseeing a team in a similar industry
