This full time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. /n /n About the Role /n /n /n
You’ll work closely with Building Supervisors and Estimators to ensure all documentation is accurate, professional, and delivered on time.

Your key responsibilities will include: Reviewing quotes, estimates, and assessment reports for accuracy, formatting, and grammar.

/n
Submitting documents to insurers within required timeframes.

/n
Liaising with supervisors and internal teams to finalise documents.

/n
Updating internal and client systems to align with KPIs.

/n
Communicating with colleagues to resolve issues efficiently.

/n
Providing feedback to improve document quality.

You’ll bring proven administrative skills and a strong eye for detail.

Experience reading scopes of work (desirable).

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
