We are looking for a talented social media video creator to join our Sydney office. You need to be a cooperative self-starter who is prepared to listen and learn - and then work autonomously and as part of a close team.

Key Responsibilities:
Present videos to camera for the Daily Mail Tik Tok, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram pages.
Source videos and write engaging scripts for the Daily Mail social media accounts
Create videos for social media using Premiere Pro
Monitor video analytics to gauge success of social media efforts and initiatives
Monitor the competitive social video landscape and identify trends in consumption

To be successful in this role, you must have;
Be comfortable in front of and behind the camera
The ability to write compelling, engaging social media copy and headlines




Have newspaper, magazine or news website experience
Good technical knowledge of social media outlets and trends, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok
Be able to gather and analyse social media data and analytics
Have the ability to gather information and create compelling digital content
Work productively within a team environment
Have an understanding of both legal covenants and copyright
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (Essential)
Strong communication and people skills
Bachelor degree or higher qualification (not essential)
