Our client based in Jandakot is looking for several First Class Welders for an immediate start.

Due to a sustained and growing pipeline of major industrial contracts, we are expanding our team. Our client offers a rare combination of job security and project variety. You will work on an exciting mix of heavy fabrication, storage tanks, and specialized structural projects, ensuring no two weeks look exactly the same.

What You’ll Do
Perform high-quality welding using FCAW welding processes on carbon steel
Fabricate, assemble, and align components precisely to meet strict quality and tolerance standards.
Conduct quality checks on your own work, including inspecting welds for defects, cracks, or conforming to dimensions.
Maintain workshop safety by strictly adhering to PPE requirements, OHS guidelines, and keeping a clean workspace.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience as a First Class Welder in a structural, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment.




Drawing Literacy: Advanced ability to read and interpret structural drawings and welding symbols
Recent workshop experience is highly regarded but no essential
Safety Mindset: A strong commitment to personal safety and the safety of your team members
