As a Shift Manager in the hospitality and catering industry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations at our Plumpton location. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards.
Manage staff schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet business needs.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.




Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
Conduct training and development sessions for new and existing staff.
Prepare reports on operational performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications
