The Financial Accountant, working closely with the Finance Manager, National Finance Director and the rest of the Mediabrands Australia Finance Organisation. To prepare monthly, quarterly & year-end reporting and business analysis in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with US GAAP reporting and SOX Compliance. Responsibilities

Monthly & quarterly reporting ? Detailed analysis and review of revenue by client ? Accurate and timely reporting of financial results

? Ensuring results are reconciled back to the general ledger ? Variances between actual and budget/forecast are identified ? Ensuring the financial statements are drawn up in accordance with US GAAP

? Identification of any emerging issues at an early stage ? Enter results into the Hyperion system ? Completion of Month

End Reporting Package ? Answering queries raised by reviewers ? Strict adherence to monthly reporting timetable and all relevant schedules to be completed accurately and in a timely manner Regular/Daily Task ?

Maintenance of the MIE/Unity by managing,



monitoring and approving all campaigns with the support of Assistant Accountant ? Ensuring all campaigns are approved in MIE/Unity and all relevant Insertion Order are loaded in MIE/Unity ? Preparation of all monthly journals including revenue, expense accrual and adhoc journals

? Review Addressable campaigns and ensure that Addressable jobs are fully reconciled before closing on a timely manner Financial Accountant Job Descriptions 2024

Budgets and Forecasts ? Enter budgets and forecasts into Hyperion, ensuring that the reports balance to financial model

Client Contracts ? Review of client revenue that will exceed $250k USD ? Signed copy of client contract signed in the relevant folder in soft copy

? Review of client revenue to client contracts to ensure accuracy Adhoc Reporting ? Providing support during internal and external audit by gathering all documentation required ? Job profitability as required ? Running Timesheet reports.

? Any other adhoc tasks as set by the Finance Manager and National Finance Director Salary range between $90,000.00 -$93,000.00 inclusive of superannuation
