Profectus is seeking expressions of interest from experienced ServiceNow Administrators for future ICT contract prospects across the Australian Government. The work is likely to require administering and maintaining ServiceNow instances, managing users, roles and access, configuring forms, workflows and catalogue items, and supporting upgrades and day-to-day platform operations.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain ServiceNow instances across development, test and production
Manage users, groups, roles and access controls
Configure forms, lists, views, notifications and UI policies
Maintain Service Catalogue items, assignment rules and SLAs
Configure basic workflows using Flow Designer
Monitor platform health, performance and scheduled jobs
Support platform upgrades, patching and instance clones
Maintain CMDB data quality and run data imports
Build reports and dashboards for service owners
Resolve platform incidents and service requests, and escalate to developers or the vendor where needed

Required Experience
Minimum three years administering ServiceNow
User, group,



role and access control management
Configuration of forms, notifications, catalogue items and SLAs
Platform upgrades, patches and clones
ServiceNow reporting and dashboards
ITIL service management processes

Desirable Experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or another module
CMDB and CSDM experience
Basic JavaScript scripting in ServiceNow
Government ServiceNow platforms

Security Clearance Requirements
Must be an Australian Citizen
Must hold a current AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance (minimum)
