Are you a customer-obsessed leader who knows how to inspire a front-line team and build strong cross-departmental partnerships? We are looking for an energetic Automotive Service Manager to lead our Customer Care and Service Advisory teams while working collaboratively across our aftersales business to hit target KPIs.

Automotive experience is highly regarded, but not essential—if you bring outstanding leadership, strong commercial acumen, and a customer-first mindset, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do
Lead Front-Line Teams: Coach, mentor, and inspire our Service Advisors and Customer Care team to deliver exceptional customer interactions at every touchpoint.
Champion Customer Satisfaction: Own customer satisfaction metrics (CSI / NPS), handle complex inquiries, and drive a culture of service excellence.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Workshop Controller, Parts Manager, and broader aftersales leaders to streamline operations and achieve shared business targets and KPIs.




Process & Performance: Monitor service intake, optimize customer workflows, and implement strategies to boost efficiency and profitability.

What You Bring
Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading service advisors, customer support, or front-line service teams.
Collaborative Mindset: Robust relationship builder who works effectively across teams to achieve overarching business goals.
Customer-Centric Focus: Uncompromising focus on customer experience and problem resolution.
Industry Background: Automotive aftersales experience is a bonus, but strong transferrable leadership skills from hospitality, retail, or service-driven corporate environments are warmly welcomed!
