Role: Product Owner/ Customer Journey Expert

Type: Full time – Perm / Contract

Location: Sydney, AU

Status: Valid visa with full working rights

Requisites:
Experienced Product Owner or Customer Journey Expert
Project experience in Business Intelligence/Data warehousing or related function, with at least two years of this time within the Financial Services/Banking sector
Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories and documentation meaningful to both business stakeholders and developers
Experience in a client facing role
Conduct workshops with business, technical and project teams
Ability to gain an in-depth understanding of systems, data flows and elements stored across data stores




Provide insights and analysis that are well presented and meaningful to the business to engage with stakeholders at all levels of management
Excellent communication, process, documentation and writing skills with a keen understanding of data quality and information management principles.
Strong stakeholder management skills and able to work effectively in a diverse team-based setting and drive the implementation
Experience working in an Agile delivery setting
