About the position

Currently an prospect exists for a passionate Building Supervisor to join the team in the Bayside and surrounding areas. Working on quality new home builds responsibilities will include:
Oversee day-to-day operations of new home builds
Scheduling and coordinating trades, materials and suppliers
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
Maintain communication with clients and update on build progress
Ensure OHS and quality standards are being met
Onsite Companion

The successful candidate

We are looking for an experienced Building Supervisor looking to join a company that values their people and their clients. Our client is structured,



skilled and finally secure! Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:
QLD Builders or Supervisors licence
Minimum 2 years residential recent home supervising experience
Highly professional with great interpersonal skills
A desire to deliver excellent service and quality
