Biscuits Factory, located in Milperra, is seeking a Factory Assistant / All-rounder to join our dynamic team in the Baking Department. If you thrive in a fast-paced factory setting and have a passion for working with food, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

Working in the baking department of the factory to manage multiple ovens

Operate machinery and equipment in the baking process according to standard procedures.

Loading trays of raw biscuits onto the trolley and pushing them into the oven for baking

Pushing and pulling of trolleys iof baked goods and staging them inside the cool room

Repetitive lifting of heavy bags food material and pouring them into the machine

Operating the box machine to make boxes

Working in a fast-pace factory setting while multi-tasking





Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the work area.

Other adhoc duties as required by employer

What our client is looking for ideally:

Physically fit to handle heavy products

Able and willing to work in a quick-pace process work workplace

Willing to travel to Horsley Road, Milperra each day for work

Available to work Mon-Fri 38hrs per week with start times between 6:00am and 10:00am

Previous experience in a similar factory or warehouse environment (ideal)

Excellent reading and writing skills and valuable eye sight

Basic communication skills to be able to speak, read and write english

Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical which includes drug test
