Cornerstone HR is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Pick Packers to join our team in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, specifically in Epping VIC 3076. This position offers flexibility and the chance to work in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. As a Pick Packer, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring accurate order fulfilment and maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse processes.

What you'll be doing

As a Pick Packer, your key responsibilities will include:
Picking items from warehouse shelves and storage locations according to order specifications and dispatch instructions
Accurately packing items into boxes or containers, ensuring products are protected and orders are complete
Applying labels and documentation to packed orders for correct routing and delivery
Operating warehouse equipment such as RF scanners, scales and packing stations to ensure efficiency and accuracy




Maintaining a clean, organized and safe warehouse workplace
Meeting daily picking and packing targets whilst maintaining accuracy standards

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, packing or distribution environment is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately pick and pack items consistently
Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet daily targets
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced warehouse environment
