Labourer Wanted – Western Automate

4 × 10-hour days | Three-day weekend every weekend

Western Automate designs, manufactures and installs custom gates, fencing and gate automation. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking labourer to join our installation team asap.

Enjoy a four-day working week, with four 10-hour days and a three-day weekend every weekend!

Duties include:
Digging and preparing areas for concrete plinths and post footings.
Setting and concreting posts.
Running conduits for gate automation cabling.
Assisting with finishing concrete.
Loading and unloading materials, tools and equipment.
Assisting with gate and fencing installations.
General labouring and keeping work areas clean and tidy.

We’re looking for someone who:
Holds a current manual driver’s licence.
Is dependable, punctual and willing to learn.
Can carry out physically demanding outdoor work.
Follows instructions and works well in a team.
Takes pride in their work and works safely.
Ideally has experience in labouring, concreting, fencing or construction.
