Hobson Bay Hotel is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced pub setting and are eager to support a busy kitchen, we’d love to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:
Previous kitchen hand experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Valuable communication skills and a solid work ethic.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.
Flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings, and weekends, including both day and night shifts.
Willingness to assist with general kitchen duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
Assisting chefs with basic food preparation.
Keeping kitchen areas organised and well-stocked.
Following food safety, workplace health, and safety standards.
