SAMSAM Chicken operates a central kitchen that prepares and supplies food to our own restaurant brands across Melbourne.
We are currently looking for part time Cooks and Kitchen Hands to join our central kitchen team.
Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but no experience is required if you are hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn!
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily food preparation and cooking
Prepare ingredients and food products for our restaurants
Portion, pack, and organise prepared food
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
Follow food safety procedures
Work efficiently as part of a team
Requirements
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred but not essential
Hardworking, reliable, and punctual
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen setting
Good teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detail and food hygiene
