Role Description A rare opportunity to build a broad, quick-tracked career in commercial and industrial real estate. Starting in a support and assistant role, your time is split between our Asset Management team, where you'll learn compliance and asset management, and our Sales & Leasing team, where you'll learn prospecting, negotiation and marketing. This role is designed to develop quickly, with a clear career path into either a Sales & Leasing Executive or an Asset Manager position.

We're looking for someone adaptable, organised and motivated to learn, who is comfortable working across two very different sides of the business.

Key responsibilities




Provide day-to-day support and assistance to the Asset Management team with compliance and asset management tasks
Provide day-to-day support and assistance to the Sales & Leasing team with prospecting, Inspections, negotiations and marketing
Learn time and calendar management using state-of-the-art software, including working alongside and delegating to our offshore team

Qualifications
Highly organised and diligent, with solid attention to detail
Quick to learn and comfortable adapting to different teams and personalities
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Confident with Microsoft Office and willing to learn a state-of-the-art CRM system
Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain one), with a commitment to progressing to a Class 2 Licence
Exposure to real estate, sales or property administration highly regarded
Ambition to grow into either a Sales & Leasing Executive or Asset Manager role, with further career advancement
Hills and broader Western Sydney commercial market is an advantage.
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for property inspections and client meetings.
