Working closely with Schiavello business stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement and value for the group, through robust and dependable client engagement.

About the role:

Our CRM role will be part of the team that is responsible for Building and Managing relationships with key stakeholders in the Architectural and Design space; with a key focus on ensuring client expectations are met; and business prospects optimised.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
Effectively promote Schiavello’s brand and partnerships to both existing and new customers in order to maximise sales and profits.
Generate leads through Business Development and lodge into the relevant CRM system.
Work alongside the Sales Support and Operations team to ensure a smooth process and peak customer service.




Pursue projects which meet the profitability targets as established by the State Manager.
Assist and support the team in the tendering process.
Undertake all required training as determined by the business and contribute to business development processes.
Formulate positive relationships with all Schiavello personnel including supportive shared and corporate services to maximise client experience, share industry knowledge, maximise group opportunities, improve business process and create positive working relationships.

About you:
Minimum of 3 years relevant Sales experience in a similar role
Appropriate Tertiary qualifications e.g., Sales, Marketing, Business etc.
Proficient across a range of software solutions, in particular CRM Suite, Share Point, Angular and Office 365 Digital are our key external systems used.
You have well-developed relationship management skills, with the ability to build robust and lasting relations with stakeholder groups across all levels.
Established networks within the Architectural and Design community.
Monitors and maintains quality and productivity.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to network and build rapport effectively.
