About the role
We're looking for caring, reliable Disability Support Workers for active overnight shifts in Ballarat and surrounding areas.
Please note: this is an ABN subcontractor role, not employment.
What you'll do
Provide active overnight support to participants in their home
Assist with personal care, routines and daily living tasks as needed
Support each participant's safety, comfort and wellbeing through the night
Follow each participant's support plan and keep explicit shift notes
Communicate openly with the THRIVE team
What you'll need
Experience in disability support
A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid and CPR
Australian work rights
Your own ABN (or be happy to get one)
A caring, reliable and skilled approach

Pay: $45.00 – $65.00 per hour
