/n Previous experience working within a skilled services environment is essential. This opportunity would suit an experienced Corporate Secretary or Company Secretary looking for a temporary prospect where they can take ownership and contribute within a professional and collaborative environment.

The Role /n /n
Provide corporate secretarial and governance support across the business

/n
Coordinate corporate records, documentation and statutory requirements

/n
Assist with ASIC and company administration processes

/n
Prepare and maintain corporate documentation and registers

/n
Support senior stakeholders with corporate governance matters

/n
Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions as required

/n
Manage confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion

/n
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and governance practices

Previous experience within qualified services is essential

Previous experience in a Corporate Secretary / Company Secretary role

Strong understanding of corporate governance and statutory requirements

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
