As we continue to expand nationally, we’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager who wants to build a strong portfolio, earn serious commissions, and play a key role in scaling a rapidly growing business.

The opportunity





As a BDM at Inov8ive you’ll take ownership of your territory and focus on winning current business across our metro, same-day, taxi truck, FTL and interstate freight services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and turning opportunities into long-term customers.

Role Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Build relationships with key decision-makers
Conduct client meetings and presentations
Manage the sales process from prospecting through to onboarding
Develop strategic partnerships across your territory
Grow recurring revenue and customer retention

Required Experience
Proven freight, transport or logistics sales experience
Strong business development and relationship-building skills
Experience generating and closing recent business opportunities
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage your own territory
Current Australian Driver’s Licence
Australian working rights
