Aqua Milsons Point is recruiting for multiple kitchen roles to join the opening team in November 2026. Positions include Senior Sous Chef, Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef and Chefs de Partie, all full time and based in Sydney's Aqua venue.

Candidates should bring robust leadership, HACCP, food cost control, and experience in high-volume or hatted kitchens. Training toward opening week will be provided as part of the onboarding process.
