Mill Place Merchants in Melbourne CBD is seeking a Chef to prepare and cook high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and kitchen efficiency.

You will follow HACCP guidelines, assist with menu development, manage stock, and work closely with the team to deliver excellent customer experiences in a busy speakeasy setting. This role requires 1–2 years in a commercial kitchen and a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
