Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a well-established real estate agency in St Ives on a temporary basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.
You will manage a portfolio of about 100 residential properties, handle landlord and tenant inquiries, coordinate repairs and maintenance, manage arrears and lease renewals, and conduct routine inspections and open homes as required. An attractive hourly rate is on offer.
