Rydges Gold Coast is seeking a friendly, skilled Food & Beverage Duty Manager to oversee daily operations across the restaurant, bar and functions. You will lead the team, drive guest satisfaction, manage costs, and ensure RSA and hotel procedures are followed.

The ideal candidate has F&B; supervisory or management experience in hotels, solid leadership and communication skills, and is versatile to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
