Rozgoo is seeking a Finance Business Partner - Manufacturing to lead high-impact financial activities across Victoria's production sites. You will own reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational business partnering within a rapid-paced FMCG workplace, with four days in office.

Work closely with site leadership to identify cost savings, improve performance, and drive EBIT growth, while balancing compliance and financial discipline.
