About The Role

Discovery Parks is looking for a Housekeeping Manager to bring strong leadership, structure, and continuous improvement to our team.
Establish and maintain cleaning standards, procedures, and training programs
Oversee rostering, budgets, and stock control
Develop maintenance schedules for cabins and public areas
Lead and train a solid, skilled team with ongoing workshops
Drive WHS, chemical handling, and protected work practices




Bring fresh ideas to enhance operations and team performance

About You

Proven experience in housekeeping management is essential
Robust leadership and team-building skills
Ability to implement policies and maintain high standards
A calm and confident approach to managing large teams
