Trader Dukes Caboolture is seeking a passionate and proactive Duty Manager to join our management team. This permanent full time role reports to the Venue Manager and focuses on leading the team culture, delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring compliant operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months in hospitality management, current RSA, RSG, RMLV, and an Approved Managers Licence, with a hands-on approach to staff development and community engagement.
