The San Telmo Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and continuously improve people operations across six venues. You will partner with Directors and venue leaders to strengthen recruitment, compliance and workforce planning, while driving performance and engagement.

Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, this role balances strategic HR initiatives with hands-on leadership in a quick-paced hospitality setting.
