The Pega Project Manager will be responsible for end to end delivery of Pega transformation initiatives, including platform upgrades, workflow modernization, CRM/customer service automation, order management, case management, customer onboarding, complaints management, AI driven decisioning, and digital transformation programs.
The PM will act as the primary interface between the Telecom customer, business stakeholders, Pega architects, delivery teams, and executive leadership.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer leadership and program stakeholders.
Build robust relationships with Business, IT, Architecture, Operations, Security, and Vendor teams.
Conduct steering committee meetings and executive governance reviews.
Manage customer expectations and ensure alignment on scope, timelines, budget, and deliverables.
Escalate delivery risks and issues proactively.
Present project status to CXO and senior management.
