BTP is seeking an experienced Senior HSET Advisor to lead health, safety, workplace and training governance across our WA operations. Based from Hazelmere, you will influence safety outcomes, own assurance frameworks and drive continuous improvement with operational teams.

You will work with HSE leaders to deliver audits, investigations and reporting, ensuring ISO 45001 alignment and data integrity across systems. This role offers authentic ownership and strategic impact.
