Access Aged Care is seeking an endorsed Nurse Practitioner to practise with autonomy and clinical depth in Residential Aged Care Homes on the Sunshine Coast. You will deliver advanced assessment, diagnosis, prescribing and care planning for residents within a supported multidisciplinary team.

The role offers adaptable weekday scheduling (1–4 days per week) and solid governance with operational support to protect your time for high-quality clinical care.
