Block, Inc. is seeking a strategic Head of SMB & Franchise Sales for Australia and Current Zealand based in Melbourne. You will lead a multi-motion sales engine across BDR, inbound, outbound and franchise teams to drive revenue with franchise networks and merchant partners.

You will build and coach high-performing teams, align cross-functional partners, and deliver scalable playbooks and processes while balancing high-touch franchise deals with high-volume SMB activity.
