Original Mineral Pro is seeking a Head of People & Culture to shape and deliver the people strategy in a rapid-growing, founder-led beauty brand. You will coach leaders, lead recruitment, manage employee relations and build culture across Australia and the US from our Sydney HQ.

You will own the P&C; plan, partnering with the MD, Founder and leadership team, while steering outsourced providers and ensuring compliance with the Fair Work Act and WHS obligations.
