Paxus is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the product function for the Ads Manager platform in Sydney. You will coach a team of three PMs, own the consolidated roadmap, and partner with engineering, design and commercial stakeholders to translate strategy into revenue growth.

The role requires a track record of leading product teams in quick-paced, B2B or SaaS settings with a data-driven, design-led approach. This role offers high visibility within a growing retail media business.
