Capital Executive Search is assisting a high-growth, capital-intensive infrastructure business in Sydney to appoint a Director, Treasury. The role reports to the VP Finance and leads post-close obligations across the financing portfolio, including debt calendars, covenant reporting and lender communications.
You will design treasury policies, manage global banking relationships, and drive systems integration (including SAP) with SOX/ICFR alignment.
