Regional Australia Bank is seeking a Customer Advisor for our Contact Centre. Based in Lismore, Armidale, Port Macquarie or Warners Bay, you will handle everyday banking enquiries, transactions, card and payment support, and digital banking assistance.

You’ll manage referrals and promote scam awareness, enjoying a supportive team culture with lively daily variety and adaptable options, including part time or full time rosters. Saturday morning shifts are required.
