Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to lead ServiceNow implementations for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM and Service Portal modules. The role requires deep technical expertise and a consultative approach across IT operations and development teams.

The successful candidate will drive ITIL-aligned configurations, design solution architectures, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions for enterprise settings in a permanent Sydney-based role.
