Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of key private markets clients.
Act as a senior escalation point for complex client and operational matters.
Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Drive process improvements and support strategic business initiatives.
Mentor and develop team members across the business.
Contribute to current business and client onboarding activities.

Knowledge & Experience
Extensive experience within fund administration, funds management or financial services.
Robust understanding of private equity, private credit, real assets or alternative investments.
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder and client relationships.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Commercially minded with a focus on delivering excellent client outcomes.
