Corporate Travel Management is seeking a Head of People for Australia & Recent Zealand. Reporting to the CEO, you will be the senior adviser shaping the people strategy, leading design, planning, talent reviews and succession, and driving executive alignment with global programs.

You’ll steer complex employee relations, compliance and change initiatives in a multi-region matrix. You’ll bring at least 10 years of HR leadership, deep AU/NZ employment law knowledge, and a track record of influencing
