Workfast is seeking an experienced Landscaping Team Leader to join our Woodridge team. This role is ideal for someone who can lead a crew, coordinate daily tasks and ensure landscaping and maintenance work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Full-time casual hours with overtime available
Monday to Friday
Early 5:30am starts
Woodridge location
Tools, sunscreen and travel supplied
Temp-to-perm opportunities

Candidates must be reliable, hardworking, punctual and physically fit, with the ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on with daily landscaping duties.

What You Need:
Previous landscaping,



horticulture or grounds maintenance experience
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
Ability to organise and delegate daily tasks
Confidence leading a team and maintaining productivity
Experience with hedging, brush cutting, mowing and general landscaping duties
Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labour
Ability to be onsite by 5:30am
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Commitment to workplace health and safety requirements
