RT Health is seeking a Member Services Consultant to join our Sydney CBD Contact Centre with hybrid working. You will be the first point of contact for members and stakeholders, handling queries about memberships, payments and claims by phone, and delivering outstanding service.
This permanent, full time role runs Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm. You will build knowledge of our products, rules and perks and strive to resolve inquiries at first contact or within one business day.
