Our client is seeking passionate and driven experienced Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioners to join a multidisciplinary team. Ideally, you will have knowledge and confidence with the following:
Conducting functional behavioural assessments and developing quality comprehensive behaviour support plans
Develop strong skilled relationships with clients through confident and clear communication
Understanding of evidence-based principles and relevant standards
Flexible work arrangement to facilitate great work life balance
Industry leading internal clinical development program
Multidisciplinary Allied Health Team
Requirements:
Experience as a behavioral support practitioner.
Patience and ability to keep calm in stressful situations.
Minimum of PROFICIENT level NDIS registration.
Ability to work autonomously and part of a specialist multidisciplinary team.
Ability to effectively communicate with parents and carers.
A passion for helping children and adults with behavioural difficulties.
