Salemi's Ace Hardware in Ballarat is seeking a Food Service (Snack Bar) Lead to help maintain outstanding customer service while overseeing food safety, preparation, cleanliness and organization. You will assist with product ordering, inventory control, and training of associates to ensure smooth operations.

You will lead the snack bar team to build sales and manage expenses, coordinate with store management, and ensure compliance with food safety standards and merchandising guidelines.
