Tunstall Healthcare Group is looking for a Customer Solutions Consultant in Australia. You will help customers and their families find the right products and services to meet their needs, primarily via phone and email, with a focus on a smooth onboarding experience.

The role is office-based and full time, with no weekend or evening work and hybrid prospects after training. You’ll contribute to excellent customer service, accurate records, and growth of the customer portfolio.
