From our Chinderah office, our team supports major insurers, property managers, and corporate clients by coordinating urgent works, repairs, maintenance, and specialist services. A key focus of our operations is the coordination and support of Starlink installations and services across our national network. We are seeking a highly organised Customer Service / Administration Coordinator to support our team in delivering efficient and professional service to our clients and trade network.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing customer enquiries and coordinating multiple tasks,



and takes pride in delivering exceptional support-particularly within our growing Starlink services division-to both customers and internal teams.

Key Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or support role
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent organisational skills and robust attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Skilled attitude with a solid work ethic and willingness to learn
